The secret to tasty, enjoyable salads is a delicious Salad Dressing.
Try some of these out on your Pizza Salad.
Orange Peanut Dressing
Ingredients
½ cup Orange juice
¼ cup unsalted natural peanuts
¼ cup unsalted natural cashews
2 tbs rice vinegar
1 tsp Braggs all-purpose seasoning or low sodium soy sauce
¼ inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
1 clove garlic
Method
Place all ingredients into Thermomix or high powered blender and process till smooth.
Makes a very thick creamy dressing

Spicy Almond Dressing
Ingredients:
1 cup almond butter*
2 roma tomatoes
¼ cup Shoyu or Tamari
1 large orange juiced
1½ tbs lime juice
1 tbs maple syrup
½ tsp miso
1½ inch piece of ginger
½ tsp chilli powder or more to taste
Pinch Sea Salt
Method:
Blend all ingredients in Thermomix or high powered blender until completely smooth. Thin with water as needed
*You can make your own Almond butter as follows
1 cup raw almonds. Place in a single layer on a microwave-safe dish and zap for 90 seconds. Stir the almonds and place again in microwave for another 90 seconds.
2 tbs canola oil or other flavourless vegetable oil.
Place almonds and oil in Thermomix or high powered blender and blend at high speed until you have a smooth paste.

Creamy Sesame Dressing
Ingredients:
¼ cup Shoyu
¼ cup Tahini
1/8 cup Sesame oil
1 tbs Agave Nectar
1/8 cup Apple Cider vinegar
1 inch piece of ginger
1/8 cup Olive oil
½ tsp Lime juice
Pinch Sea Salt
Method:
Blend all ingredients in Thermomix or high powered blender until completely smooth.
