Macadamia Dill Dressing

A creamy, sweet dressing from Brendan Brazier’s book, “Thrive: The Vegan Nutrition Guide to Optimal Performance in Sport and Life

1/2 cup raw macadamia nuts
¼ cup plus 1 tbs apple cider vinegar
4 tsp dried dill or 2 tbsp fresh dill
2 tsp agave nectar
Black pepper & sea salt to taste

Blend ingredients in Thermomix or high powered blender until creamy.

Makes 1 cup
