Freeze your ripe Bananas

When your bananas start to go spotty and yucky, just peel them, cut them in half, and place them in a plastic bag with a good seal. Throw them in the freezer and when you need them for a smoothie, they will be waiting for you. Have a look at the smoothies in the Drinks section of this blog.

I freeze my bananas too, but my problem is that I forget to use them.

    • Thanks Yvonne. I’ve published one smoothie so far but I will putting a lot more on the blog in the near future so hopefully they will help remind you to use them. If you don’t mind me asking, what is your take on eating for health?
