The Eat to Live Cookbook

I’ve just taken delivery of Dr Joel Fuhrman’s new Eat to Live Cookbook. There are 200 recipes in it and it is my aim to prepare all of them over the course of a year, publishing the ones that I find delicious and easy to prepare.

Can’t wait to see and read all about the dishes you have chosen to prepare and share. I like the look of the eggplant roll-ups in the top right corner. Have fun in the kitchen, Paul!

    • Thanks Angela. I’m hoping that the vast majority of dishes are to my taste. It’s great to see how the Whole-Food, Plant Based diet is gradually gaining momentum isn’t it? Thanks to the dedication of pioneers such as Dr Fuhrman, Professor Colin T Campbell and others I wonder just how long it will be before we start to see a noticeable improvement in the overall health of the nation(s)?

It is gradually gaining momentum. It’s crazy, but at one time I was always embarassed to announce that I am vegetarian. It was like I was afraid to use the term because it was seen in a negative way with my family growing up. Now I proudly announce that I don’t eat any animal-based foods and I find most people are really curious. They will ask questions and some will even say that it’s something they would like to try – especially when they see that I do not struggle with my weight or suffer from any ailments. Gotta be doing something right!

      • Brilliant. Yes you are so right. The wheel is gradually turning and a new norm is coming into fruition.
