4,000km bike ride across Australia

Please follow me on my 25 day, 4,000 km charity bike ride across the red desert of Australia.

At 66 years of age, this is my way of proving that a Whole-Food Plant based diet is the optimum diet for healthy ageing and that you don’t need meat or dairy to take part in energetic activities.

The excitement is building… just days away from starting the big ride… I will be communicating live with school kids around the globe and beaming news, vids and pics back to all during the ride… be part of it, follow me on this challenge… Just click on my photograph to see the video. securedownload If you would like daily updates please log on to my Facebook page  and click LIKE.

I look forward to your company on the ride starting on April 6th.

  1. Wishing you the very best of luck and an enjoyable ride up here Paul! Look out for roos, rain and road trains 🙂 Wendy

    • Thanks for your encouragement Wendy. Sorry for the late reply. I’ve only just finished a Locum OT job after completing the ride and this is the first time I’ve been able to respond.
It was great meeting you in Darwin especially given the cost of flying over.
I’d love to hear a follow up of the discussions we had and hope that things are working out for you.

So excited for you, Paul! You are awesome! I look forward to your updates. As well, I shared your fb post with my fb friends on uberdish! We love reading about plant-strong athletes! Safe journey 🙂

  4. Thanks again Angela. In the last week I have been fortunate enough to get the backing of a wonderful team who have provided me with cutting edge technology to enable live YouTube video to be shot using my iPhone. It should enable school classes to interact with me as I ride. Stay tuned and fingers crossed it all goes to plan.
