The basic structure for my greenhouse is now complete though it still requires a concrete floor, windows (thinking of twin walled polycarbonate plastic), electrics and the plumbing of a 4000 liter water tank. Then I can start setting up the Aquaponics system delivered a few weeks ago.
Below is a series of photographs showing the erection of the greenhouse structure.

Why did you decide to go with a carport and repurpose it, rather than say a cold framed greenhouse? Just curious if economically it was cheaper. I enjoy your blog.
Luke, it was the cheapest option and the most sturdy construction. I looked at greenhouses and anything the size I wanted was extortionately expensive and relatively flimsy.
