Banana Date Shake

This is a very special treat that I found in the “How it all Vegan – Irresistible Recipes for an Animal-Free Diet” book by Tanya Barnard & Sarah Kramer.

Ingredients:
1½ cup soy milk
6 large dates, pitted
2 frozen bananas

Method:
In Thermomix, High-speed Blender or food processor, puree all ingredients until thick and creamy. If you like a thinner shake then add more soy milk.

Makes 2 large glasses
