This quick and easy to make snack with absolutely no oil involved I found in the “Forks over Knives: The Plant way to Health”
Ingredient:
Sweet potato sliced very thin
Method:
Place in microwave on high for 7 to 10 minutes
They’re not as crunchy as fried potato chips, but they’re a treat, and definitely stiff enough to put dip on.
Try serving with a dressing made from balsamic vinegar, rice syrup and mustard: with cashew-spinach dip or with tomato-avocado dip.
